Proof of Dryer Vent Cleaning is Due
To help prevent fires and keep insurance costs down, the association requires proof of dryer vent cleaning to be submitted to management every 2 years. Please have your vent cleaned and send the receipt to Pin Oak. Feel free to use any licensed contractor to do the cleaning or you can contact Schoen's Duct Cleaning who has been vetted by the association previously.
